Reflection on Early Challenges and the Need for Guidance
Looking back, I realized it would have been so much easier if I had a step-by-step road map to follow in those early days. Something that would show me exactly what to do, give me a community to lean on for support, and let me know that all the doubt, fear, and uncertainty I was feeling was completely freaking normal.
